1. Respect for one another
- We treat everyone with respect: fellow athletes, trainers, staff, and visitors.
- Discrimination, bullying, intimidation, or unwanted behaviour will not be tolerated.
- There is no fighting outside of class; techniques are to be used only inside the gym.
- Women train with respectful partners, regardless of level or gender. Coaches will pair participants during sparring if necessary.
- Wear appropriate sports and martial arts clothing so you and your training partners can train safely and comfortably.

- Keep nails trimmed.
- Come to training fresh and clean. Personal hygiene is essential in a physical sport.
- Report wounds, skin conditions, or injuries to the trainer beforehand.
