About Donovan:

Donovan Panayiotis is a retired professional fighter with over 25 years of experience in the MMA industry. He is the Director and Owner of Levels Fight League, the largest MMA organization in the Netherlands. Donovan has also been the owner and head coach at Fight IQ, a Mixed Martial Arts gym in Amsterdam, since January 2019. His career highlights include extensive experience in live event production, event planning, and business planning. Donovan is dedicated to providing a platform for aspiring MMA fighters through his roles in these organizations.

About Requisho:

Requisho began his journey in martial arts with judo lessons as a child and transitioned to MMA in 2017 at Fight IQ to boost his confidence and challenge himself. He is an outstanding team player! Requisho launched his amateur career in 2020 and turned professional in 2024. Outside the cage, he has studied social work and is considered one of the gym’s confidants.
